We secure planning consent for a tricky house extension in Highbury, North London. Our proposals included the raising of the parapets and roof ridgeline, not normally permissible for houses on sloping roads as in this case.​ We were ultimately able to persuade the planners, with a combination of rigorous analysis and clear methodology, that the impact of our design would not be detrimental to the overall streetscape and would significantly enhance the usability and sustainability of the remodelled house.​ We are proud of our continuing success in procuring Planning Permission for schemes on difficult, unpromising or controversial sites.
